Infinity Learn - Academic Counselor (0-3 yrs)

We're looking for a talented and highly capable Enterprise sales professional who will be responsible in leading Infinity Learn enterprise business in India. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding quota and landing themselves in the top 10% of their peer group. They will have strong, well-established relationships with target clients, business and channel partners, and in general have a good sense of the digital marketing space.
Experience of 0 - 3 years in sales
Responsibilities :
- Close business to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
- Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline.
- Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales Team and account management to reach revenue targets.
- Increase sales to existing and new customer base.
- Works with internal marketing to develop specific campaigns supporting the sales initiatives.

- Prove your sales success and prowess with income documentation - Successful sales pros in this industry have proficiency in the learning industry would be preferable.
People Management :
- Monitor and motivate sales teams to act in accordance with company values, culture, policies and procedures. Introduce and implement industry best practices.
- Manage and motivate entire sales to ensure overall achievement of organization goals and targets.
- Support recruitment, training and retention of quality sales personnel. Act as a motivational leader to key team members.
Technology, Automation and Analytics :
- Drive the successful implementation of the sales automation platforms\
- Use Technology to optimize sales efforts.
- Analyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales teams providing key business insights.
- Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality.
- Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales organization.
Successful candidates should have :
- Candidate should have demonstrated track record of managing multiple revenue streams and growing revenues by at least 50% CAGR revenue growth.
- At least 10+ years of experience in Tele sales and FOS.
- Having Online sales experience, with a knowledge of education products or Ed-Tech experience would be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing and leading a high performing sales team.
- Collaborate with the CFO and the Head of Product to collaborate on a product strategy and technology roadmap at the onset & liaisons with Customer Success Team to improve proposition communication.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and passion to deliver value over features.
