About the Role :
Academic Counsellor is the face of Infinity Learn for all our students & parents and will help them understand how to leverage Infinity Learn's products for their learning for Grades 6 to 12+. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading Infinity Learn's unique way of learning.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Achievement : Drive sales growth by consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls daily with prospective students & their parents. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the sales process till closure.
- Client Engagement : Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to potential clients.
Desired Skills :
- Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment
Qualification & Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and earning incentives. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the K-12 EdTech industry.
- Industry Knowledge : Experience in the EdTech industry, particularly with products and services for the K-12 education sector's Test Prep segment, is highly preferred.
- Education : Bachelor's degree.
Working Days :
- 6 days working week. Monday Fixed week off
- Candidate needs to bring your own device
- Must have worked in test prep segment
