Infinity Labs - Senior Executive - Sales (3-5 yrs)
BASIC FUNCTION :
Increase business revenues through acquisition of new clients in their region & segment. Identify potential prospects in IT services business, Tech Outsourcing business, Software Products. Good understanding of IT services, Software sales and ability to manage clients at senior levels
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Identification of prospective clients and generate revenues.
2. Able to generate leads through various networks and converting the same to increase business
3. Extensive understanding of local market and deep penetration for increasing sales for large accounts.
4. Good in understanding the market and competitor trends and accordingly drive plans to increase sales revenues.
5. Should be able to connect and interact with CEO's CXO- s, VP-technology, HR Head / Finance etc., and creating connect thereby increasing the sales volume.
6. Prepare RFP- s, EOI's and able to understand the scope, profit, risks etc.,
7. Able to articulate well and should have the capability to convert passive clients into real time business deals.
8. Prepare reports / trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan.
9. Ensure adherence in achieving the sales plan and participate in review with reporting supervisor
