Infinity Advertising Services - Manager - Digital Marketing (10-15 yrs)
Infinity Advertising Services seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an advertising agency setting. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and KPIs.
2. Manage all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis across various platforms.
3. Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
4.Oversee email marketing campaigns, including strategy development, segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
5. Lead paid search (SEA) initiatives, including keyword research, campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
6. Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer retention and drive repeat purchases.
7. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and advertising.
9. Thinking ahead of the curve and convert opportunities into business. Should have fair understanding of product management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, preferably within an advertising agency.
3. Proficiency in social media marketing platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
4. Extensive experience with paid social advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
5. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
6. Expertise in paid search advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and demonstrated success in managing paid search campaigns.
