Infiniti Research - Associate - Inside Sales (2-4 yrs)
1. Conducting telephonic interviews with Sellers/Associations (Sales/Business Development decision makers) across the globe.
2. International Outbound Calling exposure (Europe/US) preferred.
3. Performing Secondary Research for the collection of supporting data.
4. Validate data gathered from interviews with secondary research.
5. Daily Reporting - Create project datasheet and deliver daily research findings.
6. Should have excellent communication skills in English - Both in written as well as in spoken.
7. Flexible with shifts
8. Coordinating with the sales and product team to brief about the client's requirements.
9. Working knowledge in Ms Excel, Ms Word & Ms PowerPoint.
