Job description :

- We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can strategise and extend the reach of our brand through Traditional Marketing and Digital Marketing.

- Must have experience in writing social media strategy, ad-creation and management. Excellent planning, reporting, and stakeholder management are essential. Any exposure to SEO, digital learning space, and alternative therapies, traditional marketing will be an added advantage.

Process of screening at Infinite Healing :

We screen candidates in three stages to select right one for us. Our evaluation process is all about evaluating the right resource from different perspectives. Here are the details of each evaluation stage -

Stage : 1 - You will be evaluated for your aptitude and analysis skills via online test. You just need to confirm your availability via calendly.com and the online test will be available to you.

Stage : 2 - Based on the skill set, we will ask you to complete an assignment in defined time period.

Stage : 3 - Interview with management via skype

Policies at infinite Healing :

Being a consultancy services, we are not offering any paid leaves other than government declared holidays. If you take any leave, it will be a Leave Without Pay.

Your probation period will be for 2 weeks. During probation period, you will be assessed for your strengths and based on output we will confirm you as part of team or will extend probation period.

Once you have passed through all 3 stages of screening and have agreed upon policies, we will like you to sign a contract agreement with us. The agreement is not at all about any bond or liabilities but only to confirm that you have accepted our terms and policies.

Salary: - 40,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month
