Infiniti Creation - Account Manager (10-30 yrs)
We are looking for an Account manager who can take over all account management responsibilities. He should be able acquire additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our product offerings. As Account Manager, he should be able to develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders. He will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments, Promotions) to improve the entire customer experience. We are looking for a sales-oriented professional who values promotion of sales and customer engagement.
His responsibilities will include :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements :
- Experience : Min 10+ Years
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Master's Degree in relevant Course
Salary range : Rs.80,000/- plus per month
Process of screening :
We screen candidates in three stages to select right one for us. Our evaluation process is all about evaluating the right resource from different perspectives. Here are the details of each evaluation stage -
Stage : 1 - You will be evaluated for your aptitude and analysis skills via online test. You just need to confirm your availability via calendly.com and the online test will be available to you.
Stage : 2 - Based on the skill set, we will ask you to complete an assignment in defined time period.
Stage : 3 - Interview with management via skype
Policies :
1. Being a consultancy services, we are not offering any paid leaves other than government declared holidays. If you take any leave, it will be a Leave Without Pay.
2. Your probation period will be for 2 weeks. During probation period, you will be assessed for your strengths and based on output we will confirm you as part of team or will extend probation period.
3. Once you have passed through all 3 stages of screening and have agreed upon policies, we will like you to sign a contract agreement with us. The agreement is not at all about any bond or liabilities but only to confirm that you have accepted our terms and policies.
