Supreme Agenda:
a) Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
b) Setting up meetings with new and existing clients for further associations by meeting them regularly.
c) Maintaining a steady flow of revenue and profits through various client associations and projects and raise the revenue and profit generation through effective communication and leadership.
d) Develop and maintain effective relationships with Clients, colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders. Seek to obtain first-hand Client feedback and use it for improvements in the services. Understand the need for flexibility and strong team leadership when communicating and implementing change.
e) Maintaining daily reports, records and other details in terms to the team's roles and responsibilities.
f) Maintaining records of the payments received from the clients and keeping a check on modules chosen by them.
Subsidiary Agenda:
a) Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
b) Constantly seeking improvement and creating a climate where others are encouraged to do the same. Ensuring improvement in the performance of the team on an individual basis and as a whole.
c) Take responsibility for the work you and the team produce ensuring a high level of attention to details.
d) managing the production of marketing and branding materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs and other related products that can prove beneficial.
e) Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
f) Prioritize work daily by checking timescales, ensuring most important tasks are completed first.
g) Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
