Job Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and own a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Conducting property viewings and presenting the benefits and features of properties to prospective buyers.

- Negotiating and closing deals with clients to achieve sales targets.

- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all transactions.

- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and trends.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- 12th pass or equivalent.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work on weekends and have a midweek off day.

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license.

- Gender : Male/Female

Salary and Benefits :

Salary range : per month plus incentives.

Work location : Indiranagar

Job timing: 10am to 8pm
