inFeedo - Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (6-16 yrs)
Sr. Enterprise Sales Manager
- InFeedo is looking for experienced SaaS sales professionals who can contribute to our $4 million ARR revenue target by the end of 2019 and support our mission of helping all enterprises improve employee experience & engagement.
What will you be doing?
- New Booked Business: You will be responsible to own and deliver a sales target every quarter from sales qualified opportunities (Inbound & Outbound). You'll develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts by creating individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts.
- Up-Sell & Cross-Sell: Grow existing customers and work on a sales strategy for upcoming modules/products.
- Interact with industry leaders: Ensure relationships with CXOs for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown
- Forecasting: Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all new business opportunities
- Cross- Functional Alignment: Work with Customer Success team to ensure complete customer satisfaction with Amber, employee engagement chatbot.
What skills do you need?
- Experience: 6+ years relevant sales experience with a measurable track record in selling B2B SaaS software to CXOs. Selling SaaS products to CXOs is a must.
- Communication: Extremely strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct high-impact product demos like this demo from our CEO himself.
- Quota-carrying closers: 5+ years of quota carrying experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding numbers on a constant basis.
- Punching above their weight: Taking ownership and make do with less.
- Solution Seller: Able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function.
