About the Role
As a Sales Executive for AI Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to achieve greater customer engagement, operational efficiency, and sales growth through the power of AI-powered assistants. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into satisfied customers, exceeding sales targets, and building long-term relationships within the SMB market.
Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential SMB leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Solution Selling : Conduct needs-based consultations, effectively demonstrating the value proposition of your conversational AI solutions and tailoring them to address specific client challenges and goals.
Proposal Development : Create compelling proposals that outline the solution, pricing, and ROI, and confidently negotiate win-win contracts.
Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, including presentations, demos, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor for their conversational AI needs.
Target Achievement : Exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the overall team and company revenue goals.
Market Awareness : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the conversational AI space.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by SMBs and how technology can address them.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Knowledge of conversational AI solutions and their applications is a plus.
