Industrykart - Business Development Role (0-2 yrs)
Role Responsibilities :
- Evaluate sales opportunities and business case presentations for new and existing clients. Expand market penetration and grow the profits.
- Put Product / technical knowledge to commercial use and prepare estimates and contracts in accordance with sales and pricing policy.
- Manage and own all outbound/inbound leads that come via various channels.
- Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business.
- Prepare sales proposals, RFPs, and agreements to ensure timely sales closures.
- Analyzing GMV growth, marketing spends and gross margin on sale.
- Driving Top line growth MoM in line with the targets
- Driving Operational metrics through Vendor Management team.
- Generating bottom-line through Ad sales - Key suppliers + Brands (working with central Ad sales team)
- Brand and Key Supplier Strategic partnerships and Relations
Work Experience :
- 0-2 years of B. Tech/MBA work experience in in similar profile
- Experience in onboarding and managing vendors preferable(Optional)
Knowledge/ Skills :
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of sales acumen, operational rigor, and business excellence
- Excellent communication and min 60% + in graduation/MBA.
- Good people management skills
- Excellent data analytical skills
