Job Description
1. Generate Sales for Freight Forwarding Business Unit.
2. Lead, Develop & Implement marketing strategies driving growth for the both import & export freight forwarding vertical.
3. Develop & build relationships with operations partners such as Carriers/Ports/ICDs/CFSs/CHAs.
Candidate Requirements:-
Candidates should have worked at a Senior level in the freight forwarding, international logistics industry having experience of Sales & Marketing for an established freight forwarding company at a minimum of Zonal Head level.
1. Should have a minimum of 10 years experience in freight forwarding (Sea & Air) - Sales.
2. Must have an existing shipper base which can be diverted once onboard
3. Develop sales leads from business contacts and personal networking and achieve the revenue targets as set by the management.
4. Prepare and submit New Business Proposals.
5. Competency in offering total logistics solution to customers
6. Prepare the SOPs and service level agreements.
7. Business Development: Ensuring the budgeted volumes/revenue are achieved for the region.
