Industrybuying.com - Manager - Dealer Sales (3-7 yrs)
Job Description- The position calls for good exposure in the retail sales, must have appointed dealers, retailers and distributors and looked after the business from them. (Reseller/SMEs)
- Achieving targets related to market share, Addressability, reach, volume etc.
- To develop and manage effectively distribution Network to meet business objectives
- Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors after thorough screening.
- Handling all the documentation work until completion (signing up the contracts/agreements)
- Defend brand identity
- Maintain commercial discipline in sales
- Overall Hygiene of key customers
- Providing Support for growing and nurturing the business (E.g. below the Line Support, Discounts etc.)
- Accurate and daily use of customer database as an effective sales management tool.
- Maintain strong After Sale Relations with the Dealers/Retailers for repeat orders.
- Strategizing various Dealers/Retailers activities for revenue generation
- Defining & implementing sales plans, make sales presentations & Analytical Reports.
- Managerial Skills-(Team size of 10+) Recruit, Train and Retain.
- Motivate and inspire team members, be with them on field to understand their work / customer feedback / strengths and weaknesses.
- Plan for high achievement and growth; develop team by providing leadership and support.
- Pre and Post visit reporting to the lined manager on daily basis for entire team.
- Travel would be an integral part of the position.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech Preferred)
(PG- Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization,)
- Candidate should have an experience between 3-7 years in similar profile.
- Should have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Should be confident, motivated and well planned
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Flexibility in travel and time away from home.
- Highly motivated, flexible, self-starting and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent sales planning skills
