Industrybuying - Executive - Telesales (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.
- Convert high revenue leads.
- Retain customers to increase repeat business.
- Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
- Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.
- Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.
Shift : 6 days working (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Desired profile :
- Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.
- Experience in online/telesales/telemarketing (6 months to 1 year + )
- Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
- Knowledge on software like Zoho CRM, Salesforce is an added advantage.
- Highly analytical, self-driven individuals preferred.
