Industrial Sales Agency - Executive - Sales (3-4 yrs)

Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive specializing in safety products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), you will be responsible for driving sales within the construction contractor market. You will utilize your strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen to establish and maintain relationships with construction contractors, ensuring their safety needs are met with our range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, identify, and cultivate relationships with construction contractors to understand their safety product needs.

2. Present and demonstrate safety products and PPE to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and compliance standards.

3. Develop customized solutions tailored to the specific safety requirements and budgetary constraints of construction contractors.

4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with construction contractors to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.

7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote our safety products and PPE.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development using CRM software.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably selling safety products or PPE.

- Familiarity with the construction industry and understanding of safety regulations and standards.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
