IndusInd Bank - Territory Relationship Manager/Client Accounts Officer (1-4 yrs)
- Achieve sales targets and providing Customer service by managing assigned portfolio of customers for the Bank through phone.
- Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the relationships.
- Responsible for ensuring high quality service, Key Customer Relationship Management & achievement of targets on all product level campaigns.
- Effectively service inbound/ outbound calls to customers.
- Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
- Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.
- Enhance the value of existing accounts of Current account & saving account customers. Retention of accounts
- Special weight age will be given to candidates with regional language skills.
