Indusind Bank - Relationship Manager - HNI/Wealth Management (3-7 yrs)
Job Summary : Relationship Manager is responsible for managing existing High Net-worth Individual (HNI) customers of the bank- acquiring new to bank customers and service all banking needs of mapped customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Mumbai based candidate
Qualification :
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 3 to 4 years experience in banking industry in acquisition and servicing of HNI clients.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong Relationship Management skills. (Candidates with existing set of customers are preferred)
- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.
- Ability to maintain/attract long lasting client relationships.
- Valid AMFI / IRDA Certifications; If validity has expired - old certificates may be considered
Job Responsibilities :
- Acquire new clients (HNI) through leads and family accounts grouping
- Grow liability base (CASA FD) of bank by deepening relationship of mapped HNI customers
- Sell asset, wealth & other products (bank and third party) with a view to enhance revenue per client.
- Service clients covering all their banking needs including bank / 3rd party products
- Increase bank and third party product holding of the mapped client
- Regularly connect with mapped clients to understand their investment needs and sell products accordingly. Also cross selling TPP.
- Actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products
- Conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance.
