Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced MBA with excellent negotiation, Communication and interpersonal skills. Should be hardworking with a strong focus on delivering the below mentioned KRAs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver assigned Revenue and Number targets, product wise for the cities.
- Able to handle team size of 10 & should be able to generate Business
- Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and Corporate/bulk tie ups.
- Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
- Conducting- corporate and kiosk activities
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and- business ethics- codes.
- Should be able to handle independent geography.
- Should be able to generate & float MIS (Pivot to branches)
- Should be well aware with Excel & in drafting mail on outlook.
KEY DIMENSIONS
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Should be a MBA with good communication skills and analytical skills.
- Need Min. Experience of 4 to 5 years in Sales of Financial products / industry.
- Preferable - should have cross sell of financial products.
