Job Description:
- Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of Current Accounts & other Banking products.
- Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.
- Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Specific Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience in Banking /Financial Services/Insurance/NBFC sector is a mandatory.
Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits:
- Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
- Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence
Education: Graduation is must
Work Experience: 1 - 4 years preferably from financial industry background (Should be in Job currently)
Age Range: 24 to 29 Yrs
