Role Description
CA activation of NTBs
1. Owner for all the newly sourced current accounts in the branch
2. Responsible for onboarding, activation and deepening of all newly acquired current account relationships in the branch
3. Be the single point of contact for product knowledge on current account and support the branch acquisition, service and relationship management teams in sourcing current account business
4. Ensure quality of acquisition in current account sourcing through pre-account opening checks
Cross-sell and Customer Engagement for Current Account Customers
1. Understand customer profile and identify cross-sell opportunities
2. Cross sell relevant products to current account customers based on profiling such as Cash Management, Doorstep Banking, Trade & Forex, Business Loans etc.
3. Ensure ongoing engagement with the current account customers through regular visits, activation on non branch channels and by being a single point of contact for all new current account customers- concerns / queries.
Catchment Mapping & Product Customization Support
1. Prepare catchment profile for the branch and identify segments in branch catchment with high potential for CA
2. Provide feedback to Central Product Team and work closely with them to define / modify products based on specific needs of customer segments identified
