IndusInd Bank - Area Sales Manager - Emerging Corporate (5-8 yrs)
Area Sales Manager- Emerging Corporates will be responsible for acquisition, deepening & servicing of Current Account customers focusing mainly on Trade segment & generating revenue by cross selling of Trade products through the team with following main responsibilities:.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying business potential areas for acquisition of Current Account customers in assigned geographies and using enablers to guide team to successfully converting the same.
- Mentoring a team of motivated 8-10 ARM-EC across assigned command area of branches
- Identifying leads for acquisition of potential customers for Trade & Forex and assets products thus generating fee based revenue
- Monitoring daily sales calls to ensure acquisition process is followed including market coverage
- Activating Current accounts clients on transactions, thereby responsible for current account float delivery against assigned targets
- Imparting & refreshing product knowledge to team members, ensure complete updated product awareness within the team
- Lead generations for cross sales of Asset asset viz business banking, loan against property, credit card and business loan
- Responsible for client KYC and compliance towards transactions
- Maintaining low team attrition
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager - Emerging Corporates
Experience: 5 - 8 yrs
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream, preferably an MBA
Location: Delhi/ NCR
Other Requirements:
- Good experience in acquisition of current accounts
- Strong sales orientation and customer focus
- Customer centric approach
- Should have knowledge of KYC/CA account opening
- Knowledge on handling trade transactions will be an added advantage
