Job Description:
- Appointing new franchise on Pan India basis
- Developing new franchise by planning, organizing and meeting prospect client
- Must have strong convincing power
- Must have a leadership and strong personality
- Must be aware with sale technique
- Must have excellent sales and incite calls skills
- Franchise Revenue Generation
- Support and participate in business development activities including tie-ups with franchisee
- Responsible for development and management of franchisee centers
Required competencies-
- Great Presentation skills with the ability to analyse and solve the problems
- Having experience in Franchisee sales
- Knowing multiple sales tactics will be the biggest advantage.
- Never say die attitude filled with positivity
- Self-motivated with high on energy levels
