Indus OS - Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)

To create the mobile ecosystem for the next billion smartphone users from emerging markets in their native language.
What you will be doing:
- Develop new customer development strategies to capture market channels and increase client penetration
- Identify prospective leads and build strategic relationships with customers and industry associations
- Suggest improvements in Go-to-market strategy based on customer feedback
- Forecast and quarterly plan budgets from existing clients and ensure the company achieves monetization goals
- Working with campaign management teams to build custom solutions for clients to help them achieve maximum ROI of their advertising spend
- Suggest improvements and requirements for Ad platform product to achieve clients goals
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Would be directly influencing and contributing towards revenue goals of the company
- Work with sales operations team to ensure timely invoicing, reporting and collections
Desired Candidate's Profile:
- 4+ years of total experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in BD/sales, marketing, and mainly in the IT mobile sector.
- Experience of demand generation and management for Ads based monetization.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
