Indo Asian - Territory Manager (2-6 yrs)
The position shall be responsible of the Sales in Professional segment (Builders/Architects/Panel Builders, Industries) across the assigned Territory / Customers.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for mapping of the potential customers (Project Owners, Contractors, Panel Builders etc) and preparation of the SPCL in consultation with the Branch Segment In charge with special focus on new products.
2. Responsible for the preparation of the Project Monitor Sheet and its updation on monthly basis.
3. To continuously strive for establishing and maintaining good working relationship with the customers at all times.
4. To monitor the upcoming projects in accordance with the Project Monitor Sheet and to follow up for generating business with special focus on new products.
5. To be acquainted on the product approval status in coordination with Specification team and to appraise the Segment head for product approval, if required.
6. To generate enquiry / BOQ form the customers, preparation of the quote and its submission in consultation with the segment head.
7. Submission of proposal, preliminary negotiation with the customers and finalization of terms & conditions in consultation Segment Head.
8. To refer the segment head in case of special price approval (SPA) to initiate the process.
9. To coordinate for timely supplies through dealers / CPs.
10. Responsible for timely collection of receivables form the channel pertaining to the project business. With special focus on overdue payments.
11. To adhere the companies policies on credit and discount.
12. To monitor the competitor activities and to update the Segment Head on the same.
