We are looking for a competitive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. The sales team would primarily focus on Institutional Sales and Retail Sales at modern outlets.

Experience: Min 1 year

Qualification: Any graduate.

We deal in Natural Mineral Water being sourced at the foothills of the Shivalik Range in India. Located in an area surrounded by forests with no factories, no pollutant industry in this space, the water is bottled in these pristine, virginal surroundings, making it free of pollutants. Extracted from great depths from a confined aquifer it is rich in mineral content which not only helps to hydrate your body but also replenish a part of the body's natural mineral content.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Responsible for Channel Sales (Distribution & Retailer) network.

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Identifying key accounts such as HOTELS, BARS, CAFE, RESTAURANTS, CATERERS, GYMS, HIGH-END HOSPITALS etc. and strategically securing profitable business through both INSTITUTIONAL & RETAILS sales.

- Survey of various outlets to gain market insights.

- Making fresh calls at the assigned outlets.

- Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned.

- Appointing new distributors in assigned territory.

- Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing clients.

- Delivering presentations of the company products in the HORECA business.

- Maintaining the company's contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.

- Producing daily & monthly sales reports.

- Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and HO.

- Ensuring availability & visibility of the product in the assigned market.

- Maintain and report details of stock movement in each location assigned.

- Timely and frequent visits to the outlets & maintaining a minimum stock level at each outlet.

- Team management.

Qualifications and Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable using MS- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Reporting skills

- Flexibility in working hours

- Willing to travel on a frequent basis, preferably has own conveyance for local travel

- E-mail and telephone etiquettes

- Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.

Preferable Industries: Food & Beverage, Liquor, FMCG & similar
