Indium - Telecaller - SME Lending (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Tele calling to potential borrowers with an aim to close leads for business loans
- Calling the loan applicants for missing information / documents in their applications and guiding them on online loan application
- Reminder calls for upcoming or overdue loan repayments / instalment
- Customer service support
Skills:
- Graduate degree preferred
- Proficient in speaking English and Hindi languages
- Self motivated, high energy and extrovert personality
- Persistent and hard working
- Develop understanding of the loan process and documentation requirement so as to guide the borrowers
- Prior experience of working in a outbound call center and in a financial service space will be an added advantage
