Indium - Manager - Sales - Channel Partners - MSME Lending Business (2-5 yrs)
- Achieve Loan Book and Revenue targets for the assigned portfolio
- Portfolio of unsecured business loans and secured machinery finance. Ticket sizes ranging from 5-25 lacs initially.
- Develop good DSA / channel partner relationships to accelerate business growth
- Maximise business from existing DSA and Channel Partners; and also develop new partnerships to expand and grow market share
- Understand the credit risk and ensure good leads are pursued
- Full responsibility for collections from the MSME borrower client base
Skills Required:
- MBA / Graduate with total 2-4 years of sales experience- in Mumbai / Thane
- Must have prior strong sales experience preferably in financial services industry
- Prior work experience in an NBFC, Small Finance Bank or Bank in the area of MSME Lending would be an added advantage
- Must have strong relationship skills and business development skills. Should have demonstrated capability of achieving and outperforming aggressive targets
- Ability and passion to generate new ideas and good problem solving skills
- Comfortable with using technology
- Hard work and persistence to meet the given sales target
