Indium - Manager - Sales - B2B Partnerships (4-7 yrs)
- Develop new and nurture existing B2B relationships to originate leads for financing.
- Strategize to execute innovative B2B partnerships and negotiate terms of engagement - including for Indiumplus offerings
- Strongly engage with B2B partners to accelerate business growth and meet monthly targets
- Understand the financing products and ensure relevant leads are received from partners
- Work with partners to integrate technology platforms to establish strong and seamless relationship
- Track all leads to logical conclusion by working with the Indium Sales Executives. Ensure timely and effective communication with B2B partners on all leads
Skills Required :
- Must have prior strong sales experience preferably in managing B2B relationships
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, high energy and self motivated
- Must have strong relationship skills and business development skills. Should have demonstrated capability of achieving and outperforming aggressive targets
- Ability and passion to generate new ideas and good problem solving skills
- Comfortable with using technology
- Hard work and persistence to meet the given sales target
