Indium - Area Sales Manager - MSME Lending Business (fintech)
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve Loan Book and Revenue targets for the region
- Identify new sales and business opportunities, pipeline development to build a sustainable business
- Lead a team of sales managers to meet the targets
- Understand the credit risk and ensure good leads are pursued
- Full responsibility for collections from the MSME borrower client base
- Develop channel partner relationships to accelerate business growth
Skills Required:
- MBA or CA with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Must have handled MSME clients in Mumbai /Jaipur and surrounding areas with turnover ranging from 50 lacs to 15 crore per annum
- Experience of both secured and unsecured loans
- Must have worked with an NBFC, Small Finance Bank or Bank in the area of MSME Lending
- Must have strong relationship skills and business development skills. Should have demonstrated capability of achieving and outperforming aggressive targets
- Should have handled DSA networks and other direct / indirect channels of customer acquisition
- Must have strong understanding of credit risk, fraud risk and should have strong intelligence network into local market
- Strong track record of collection; should have personal experience of collection
- Must have experience of leading teams
