Indira IVF Hospital - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Sales - Franchise Development (2-5 yrs)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the complete sales process, from initial prospecting, screening, negotiation and finalizing franchisees to contract execution.

- Identifying partners for Strategic alliances among Corporates, training institutions and government organisations for growing Prompt's core business

- Provide ongoing training, support, and mentorship to franchisees to ensure their success and alignment with the company's goals.

- Aligning and targeting the strategic alliance & Franchise development is in line with business plan through ongoing business development, monitoring and execution

- Support franchisees in understanding and adhering to company standards, policies, and operating procedures. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between franchisees and various departments within the organization, including Operations, Marketing, and Finance in order to provide a smooth & seamless operations

- Assist franchisees in resolving operational challenges and addressing customer concerns effectively. - Monitor franchisee performance and compliance with franchise agreements, taking proactive measures to address any issues or discrepancies.

- Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop and implement localized marketing programs to support franchisee growth and revenue generation.

- Conduct regular franchisee meetings, conferences, and training sessions to foster a sense of community, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure consistency in branding, customer experience, and service quality across all franchise locations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for franchise network expansion and optimization.

Requirements:

- Graduate, preferably an MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Sales from a reputed institute - Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills

- High level of interpersonal skills

- Experience of at least 2-5 years in Franchising (preferably HR/Education/Health or other service industries)

- Good negotiation skills - Some experience preferred in Marketing / BD / social media - Willingness to travel
