IndiGo - Assistant Manager - Content Development (5-13 yrs)
We are in search of a passionate and innovative Assistant Manager for Behavioural Training Content Development to be a part of our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves creating transformative and digitally optimized learning content focused on behavioral training for IndiGo, working closely alongside the Content Head for streamlined planning and delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Curate engaging and impactful behavioral training content that resonates with the learning objectives and enhances the organizational culture
- Conduct meticulous skill gap analyses to identify behavioral training needs, tailoring content to meet specific objectives and drive continuous improvement
- Develop a rich array of content forms, encompassing digital modules and instructor-led materials, ensuring relevance, engagement, and accessibility.
- Develop engaging and interactive learning solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of learning projects, maintaining a balance between innovative quality and efficiency
- Build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders within IndiGo, facilitating collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives
- Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Create diverse content forms, for instructor-led training and digital training, ensuring they meet quality and accessibility standards
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' comprehensive experience in developing behavioural training content, incorporating a variety of solutions such as e-learning modules and virtual classrooms.
- Master's / Bachelor's degree general management, psychology, human resources, or a related field
- Strong design foundation, including layout, typography, and hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Leadership qualities, with the capability to lead and supervise a team as necessary.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills, with a proficiency in crafting compelling content and engaging various stakeholder levels.
Behavioral Competencies:
- High attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of work.
- Strong team collaboration skills, along with the ability to work autonomously.
- Adaptive and quick learner, able to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Desirable:
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate and Adobe Photoshop
