Indifi Technologies - Relationship Manager - Field Sales (1-4 yrs)
Role: Relationship Manager (Field-Sales)
We are looking for Relationship Managers in Business Development role, who believe in and maintain long-term relationships with Micro, Medium and Small Enterprise customers and go an extra mile in on-boarding new customers.
Responsibilities :
- Visit local markets in Delhi/NCR region and target restaurants/ kiosks for our pitching loan products.
- To work as part of the team engaged in loan processing of applications received.
- Own and manage end to end loan origination process from sourcing to disbursal.
- Understand client requirements, gather relevant information, pitch loan products, and process the application. Be prompt in connecting with the customer, be responsive during the processing of a case.
- Work within the laid down framework and ensure 100% compliance.
- Timely completion- of tasks assigned for the day. Meet the TAT benchmarks on loan processing.
- Be an advisor to the client.

We are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Masters in any field
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Ms-office
- The person must be flexible and ready to go out on fields on a daily basis for client acquisition.
- 6 months or more of experience in similar field sales in banks, NBFC preferred.
