Indibni - Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
- As a Business Development Manager at Indibni, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and act as a trusted advisor.
Product Knowledge : Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products.
Negotiation : Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Pipeline Management : Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and support business growth.
Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Reporting : Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, forecasts, and results to the management team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the product industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
