IndiaSupply.com is a B2B eCommerce company serving the healthcare supplies and equipment industry in India with a long term vision of catering more verticals in the B2B market.
-Manage our marketing team including two content writers, a creative designer, and an adwords specialist.
- You- ll be responsible for managing projects and people while also directly contributing to the growth of our marketing projectsacross paid, SEO, CRO,content, sales enablement, etc.
- You should have an understanding of high-level marketing strategy but also be detail-oriented enough to get into the details of campaign management or our marketing automation system.
- While this is intended to be a managerial role, we are a startup and everyone is expected to get there hands dirty working with data, customers, and the product to ensure the success of the enterprise.
- This role reports to and will work closely with the co-founders and the leadership team.
Your experience and skills:
- Undergraduate degree / MBA from the top-tier university.
- Marketing work experience. Prior management experience preferred
- Understanding of lead generation via paid marketing channels (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), marketing automation systems (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Deep experience in at least one of: paid marketing, SEO, marketing automation
- Experience messaging to a sophisticated, global, English-speaking audience
- Strong analytical skills (Excel skills required)
- Great writing and communication skills (English)
- Willingness to get your hands dirty
