Responsibilities -
- Responsible for all the phases of cross sales process, proactively contacting customers with existing contracts, generating quotes, ensuring sales are complete
- Contacting and maintaining a good relationship with the customers regularly throughout the year
- Maintaining high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with them
- Effectively communicating with external customers regarding renewal enquiries
- Interacting with other departments to meet and deliver customer requirements
- Leveraging the Cross Sell activity to promote incremental product sales
