Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at the Indian School of Image Management (ISIM). As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for ISIM Training Programs.
2. Identify and target potential clients to promote and sell our training programs.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
5. Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
6. Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our training programs.
7. Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations, tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trainers and program coordinators, to ensure successful delivery of training programs and client satisfaction.
10. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
11. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the Image Management and Soft Skills training industry.
