This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading Indian Institute of Ecommerce's unique online job guarantee certification programs designed for job seekers looking for jobs in Ecommerce companies.

Designation : Business Development/Telesales Executive - Online Course Sales.

Preferred Skill Sets : Selling over call and live webinars, Keen interest in education. Being interested in mentoring students.

Academic Qualification : Any graduate degree/ post-graduate degree.

Language : Fluent English

Sales Locations : Work from Home ( Across India )

Working Days : 6 Days Work Week

Salary : Rs.3.14 Lacs - Rs.7.94 Lacs Package/Annum

Salary Breakup :

Basic salary Rs.12000 per month Rs.1.44 Lacs / Year

Fix incentives as 1% of the revenue per month on achieving any target above Rs.1 Lac monthly target. Range: Rs.10000 - Rs.50000 per month

Yearly Bonus : of upto Rs.50000 on achieving monthly target.

Mobile Recharge for IIEC use

Net Annual Salary : Rs.3.14 Lacs to Rs.7.94 Lacs

Minimum : Basic Rs.1.44 Lacs + Incentives Rs.1.2 Lacs + Bonus Rs.50000

- Rs.3 Lacs 14 Thousands/ annum = Rs.26166 / month paid annually

Maximum : Basic Rs.1.4 Lacs + Incentives Rs.6 Lacs + Bonus Rs.50000

- Rs.7 Lacs 94 Thousands/ annum = Rs.66166 paid annually.

Probation Period: You will be hired for a full-time job post 3 months probation period.

Job Role :

- Your role will start with contacting potential customers (university, colleges, corporates, jobseekers, working professionals, SME owners, Startup co-founders, entrepreneurs, homemakers, students, etc ) to set up online video call meetings, counsel the users on benefits of the course and detailed course curriculum and assisting them with IIEC's customized Learn and Earn opportunities and convert the potential users into paying customers.

- Taking up revenue responsibility. This model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales and direct sales.

- You will be generating and converting the leads via inbound and outbound telesales.

- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase our courses.

Daily Task :

- Making 100-150 outbound calls, 5-6 hours of minimum Talk time to generate and Online Course to sell: online.iiec.edu.in

- Termination : If the candidate achieves no sales in 30 days the contract will be terminated immediately and no salary can be provided under these circumstances.
