IndiaMart - Relationship Manager - Client Acquisition (2-4 yrs)
Indiamart Intermesh Ltd. is looking for a Relationship Manager- Client Servicing.
This will be a Work From Office role for our branch office Noida, Sector-135.
Position Description :
- Our client servicing professionals focus on managing clients, maintaining a long term relationship with clients and maximizing sales opportunities within them. This position allows you to build productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
- Position holder will be an individual contributor, responsible to generate revenue through serving existing clients, managing their retention and renewal year on year and upsell.
Job Summary :
- Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while upselling.
- Driving towards customer delight and ensuring smooth rendering of services. Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions.
- Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets Retaining and renewing
Candidate must be comfortable for calling for dealing with existing clients.
Experience Required - More than 1 year to 3 years with Team handling experience.
Salary - Good hike on current and last CTC.
