Inside Sales Team Lead (Grade: Sr Manager)
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of inside sales representatives and ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Monitor and report on team performance using CRM and other sales analytics tools
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to improve sales processes and customer experience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Communicate regularly with senior management on team performance and progress towards goals
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
