Role End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the city.
- Monitor daily/weekly business and drive improvements to improve numbers and deliver monthly targets.
- Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Loan and Sales Manager.
- Single point of contact between the ground Sales team and the central team.
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback Skills.
- Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence.
- Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Highly aggressive Team Manager & Motivator Target oriented and data-driven approach to sales
- Timely interest collection and recovery of over dues- minimizing NPA status of accounts as well as auction of gold
