Indiabulls - Territory Sales Head - B2B Segment - LED Lighting (3-8 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities-
- Responsible for acquiring and developing preferred clients in B2B Lighting segment.
- Experience of techno commercial selling / marketing experience to IT / ITES / BFSI / manufacturing industries, institutions & Government Departments.
- Result orienatation.
- Prospecting / Market mapping.
- Appointment of Channel Partners, Dealers and Distributors and nurturing them
- Development of institutional customers project customers
- Timely promotional activity conducting meets seminars participation in exhibitions.
- Regular visits to Corporate - customers.
- Ensuring Timely collection of customer payments
- Periodical MIS submission to the Manager Sales LED
- Ensuring resolution of customer complaints in co-ordination with customer service team.
- Responsible for driving desired Sales Profitability for given target achievement
Qualifications and Years of Experience
- Any graduate/ MBA Marketing
- Years of Experience- 2 Years- 5 Years from B2B Commercial Lighting/ Cable/ Wires/ Consumer Durable Industry
Preferred Skills
- Excellent selling and relationship nurturing skills
- Strong market connect to enable shifting of client-base to new set-up
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- 3+ years of proven record of managing lighting clientele in building/ construction/ cable/ consumer durable and nurturing relationship with the customers
- Teamwork and Collaboration with Marketing team
- Strong Organizational building skills.
- Should have sound exposure of lighting markets
