Job Description
Responsible for generating revenue & maximizing the brokerage for the department by meeting the targets of account opening operations
Business / Operational / Functional / Financial Perspective
1. To accomplish Account opening targets, set by the superiors.
2. Accomplishing brokerage targets.
3. Accomplishing AUM (Asset under Management) targets.
4. Analyzing & increasing the clients database and finding out the potential clients
5. Collection of Margins from the Clients.
6. Identifying the non-trading accounts and push them for trading.
7. Acquiring more and more Clients with high net worth for getting increased revenues.
8. Providing better services to the Clients and request them for references.
9. Ability to influence prospective Clients and convert leads into Sales as well as convincing them to invest more.
Customer Perspective (Internal / External Responsiveness)
1. Customer Relationship Management
2. Coordinating with the clients regarding his / her stock and fund withdrawal.
3. Handling client queries either on phone or by visiting them personally.
Innovation & Learning Perspective
1. Keeping upbeats with the current market trends along with the customer behaviour and competitor analysis.
2. Enhancing interpersonal, selling Skills, presentation skills, and personal ongoing development.
