Indiabulls - Sales Officer (0-1 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:-
- On Board and Manage channel partners for optimal results. Educate them on the process. Show demos.
- Establishing, maintaining and building good rapport with Channel Partners
- A person who can handle the assigned Area, Territory Independently.
- Completing shop to shop visits within the agreed timelines. Meet end clients whenever possible.
- Educate, train Retail Partners on the app mechanism to ensure smooth processing.
- Ensure to meet disbursal targets, month on month.
- Co-ordinate with the customer service, back end team for smoother process and aim for resolution of every query to maximize disbursals.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Qualifications and Years of Experience
- Any UG ( Minimum 12th pass ) / Graduate
- Years of Experience- 6 months to 5 Years in Channel sales
Preferred Skills
- Good communication skills, Convincing/presentation skills.
- Go getter attitude with prior achievements preferred.
- Team player should be able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Mobile based applications and Loan products will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the local territory and language is preferred.
