Job Description :
- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to identify and qualify potential customers. Research and gather relevant information to understand their needs and pain points.
Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Effectively prioritize and follow up on leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Consultative Selling : Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to drive conversions.
For Senior Role :
- Mentors and coaches a team of Inside Sales team members to meet their goals. Also is individually responsible for meeting their personal goals:
