Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Client Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling : Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing India accounts, promoting Cubastion's offerings.
- Account Growth Strategy : Develop comprehensive plans to maximize account growth and unlock full potential.
- Trusted Advisor : Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Delivery Success : Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication : Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Development : Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecasting : Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Reporting : Prepare detailed reports on account status.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with presales and sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Client Support : Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience : Over 6+ years of work experience in sales (IT Services) - B2B.
- Education : Graduates from Tier 1 institutions preferred.
- Communication & Influence : Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Client-Focused Solutions : Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Project Management : Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with sharp attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales Skills : Proficiency in selling, influencing, negotiation, and presentation.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to align strategic thinking with company goals, demonstrate knowledge management, and uphold accountability and responsibility.
