About the client :

Our client is a large Automotive/ Engineering Services and Product Development IT services company and the entity this role will be a part of works across CRM technologies, ERP, SCM solutions, Manufacturing Solutions (MES solutions), PLM implementation & migration

Location : Pune

Reporting to : President- Sales APAC & SEA

Job Responsibilities :

- New Business Growth in Indian market in the domain of Technology Services (CRM/ ERP/ SAP/ PLM/ Enterprise)

- Develops marketing plan and the strategies, tactics necessary to achieve sales target

- Coordinate proposal activities and lead negotiations to successful closure

- Responsible for managing a positive business relationship with the customers

- Manage customer relationships within assigned accounts to defend and grow business.

- Gather appropriate information on marketplace and competition.

- Know the customer's organization, culture, structure, key decision makers and the customer decision making process.

- Responsible for marketing efforts within accounts to meet strategic plans and objectives.

- Build business pipeline for future by developing new opportunities/customers/ projects

- Create techno-commercial proposals, coordinate proposal activities and lead negotiations to successful closure

- Gather and manage market intelligence.

Must have :

- Partner management experience and has led a team .

- A demonstrated track record of producing high-level sales results in Technology (IT Services selling) preferably to Automotive/ Manufacturing/Engineering clients.

- Solid technical acumen, to understand and translate product's technical requirement

- Robust commercial knowledge and understanding in RFQs and contracts

- Strong presentation skills

- A demonstrated track record of producing high-level sales results.

Educational & Experience requirement :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering. MBA with BE will be preferred

- 15+ years- experience in majorly Technology Services Sales

- Experience in selling Technology services to Automotive/ Manufacturing/ Engineering clients highly preferred.

Travelling : Extensive
