- We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team and assist us in creating strategic partnerships and raising funds for various initiatives of India FinTech Forum including the India FinTech Awards (IFTA) 2023. IFTA is the longest-running fintech event in India that was started in 2016 and provides a great platform to network with fintech leaders and bank CXOs from all across the world.

- The ideal candidate should have an interest in the fintech space as it is one of the high-growth areas that will have a lot of exciting opportunities in the future. The candidate should have the ability to organize events, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy

- Identify potential sponsors and partners, and approach them with innovative ideas

- Negotiate and close sponsorship deals with companies, and ensure that all agreements are aligned with the event's goals

- Network with industry leaders and maintain strong relationships with partners

- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that the events run smoothly

- Create proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral

- Manage sponsor deliverables, including branding, and promotional activities

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in any field

- 0-3 years of experience in partnership management, fundraising, or related fields

- Proven track record of successfully negotiating agreements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.

- Basic knowledge of the fintech industry is preferred
