India Ahead News - Manager - Business Development - Ad Sales (5-14 yrs)
This position will be responsible for sales of all channel properties including airtime, AFPs, sponsorship of programmes and on-ground events, websites and apps. The position will require strong skill sets in business development - with the ability to self-manage client outreach, pipelines, and sales goals.
- This role will be responsible for cultivating and managing deep relationships with clients and advertising agencies and working closely with the programming and marketing departments of the channel - so good communication skills are a must!
- Drive advertising sales, develop revenue opportunities, penetrating new verticals and markets (from new clients and for new platforms and activations), and shaping future monetization opportunities towards achieving assigned targets
- Build, manage, and develop relationships with clients, agencies, advertisers and our partners through day-to-day interactions; actively grow industry relationships to gain marketplace intelligence
- Understand client deliverables and look for opportunities to develop monetizable solutions, including customizable cross-platform opportunities that meet client needs.
- Keep abreast of the continually evolving media and entertainment marketplace, customers and competition in order to conceive and effectively execute a sales strategy that generates and informs product offerings and drives improved operations and financial results
- Candidates from Entertainment/Sports/Business channel will be preferred
