India 5000 - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Are you passionate about driving business growth and establishing lasting relationships with clients? As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at TQV, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, playing a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities and securing valuable partnerships.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers from database to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database and regularly maintain CRM platform.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner according to process approach.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Qualifications :
- Graduation in any field. Well versed with computers.
- Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department added a benefit.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Terms & Conditions :
Office Timings - 9.30 to 6.30 Mon to Sat
- 1 year Bond mandatory
- 6 days training period without pay.
- Incentive as per company slab.
